Ejaculation disorders and Ayurvedic Treatment
Ejaculation disorder is found as a relatively major reason for impotency among men. There are three types of ejaculation disorders; premature ejaculation, inhibited ejaculation and retrograde ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is the discharge of semen soon after the penetration. Inhibited ejaculation, on the other hand, is the slow occurring ejaculation. Premature or inhibited ejaculations may not restrict you from begetting a baby as late or soon the semen enters the uterus. But the retrograde ejaculation causes impotency as in this case the semen is discharged into the bladder itself, instead of coming out through the urethra. It can be caused by nerve damage or diabetics. Disorders in the bladder also play a role behind retrograde ejaculation.
Ayurveda suggests consuming Indian ginseng powder mixed in a glass of milk everyday to treat ejaculation disorders. Nutmeg is another medicine that prevents and cures ejaculation related disorders. Yoga and meditation helps to balance the mind and body; thus stabilizing the sexual drives too. Drinking a mixture of gensing milk and goat milk is proved to treat premature ejaculation.
