Drink Plenty of Fluids
Drink as much as you can. During kidney stone this is the first and the best option in the process of curing it. You should have at least 6-8 ounce glasses of fluids everyday.Here, water is always a good choice, as it is the best for the body. The other options available for you to have are coconut water, fresh fruit juices and other caffeine-free and non-alcoholic beverages. Fluid intake will make you urinate and eventually will help you pass the kidney stone.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Consuming apple cider vinegar can help you break down the kidney stones much easily. It is known to have alkalinizing effect on the blood and urine which in turn will help the digestive process break down the kidney stones. Take some apple cider vinegar and mix it with 2 tsp of honey and let this mixture dissolve in water and then you may drink it.
Pomegranate
